I'm an upcoming freshman at Minerva University, the #1 innovative university in the world with an acceptance rate of 1%, starting a Bachelor's program in September 2024. Prior to Minerva, I've passed through the first two years of a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program at Seoul National University from 2022 to 2023. I've been actively involved in various research projects while working as an undergraduate research fellow at SNU VM BI lab, including analyzing tumor microenvironment with scRNA-seq, large-cohort genome data, and developing personal health records (PHRs) asset management services. I possess strong skills in bioinformatics, computational biology, machine learning and high-performance computing. I am proficient in programming languages such as Python and R, and has experience with managing high-performance computing (HPC) server, including cloud computing platforms like Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure. I am passionate about applying his interdisciplinary knowledge to advance translational biology and medicine.
